Verto in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Growth and Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for the UAE market. You will build a strong local brand, launch high-impact campaigns, and push measurable B2B growth across channels.

You’ll leverage your UAE market experience and deep digital marketing expertise to advance Verto’s mission as the leading cross-border payments partner in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing experience with measurable acquisition results
• Deep understanding of UAE B2B marketing landscape
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, PostHog)
• Great analytics skills to interpret performance data and refine campaigns
• Excellent communication and storytelling for diverse B2B audiences
• Ability to manage multiple strategic projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B customer acquisition strategies and defining audiences, messaging, and channels
• Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and ROI through data-driven testing and analysis
• Partner with Sales to design ABM campaigns for key prospects and accounts
• Coordinate with global marketing to activate paid media and ensure data-driven activities
• Scale UAE local presence through PR, events, and brand partners
• Create region-specific content (case studies, market reports, white papers) for UAE
• Develop partnerships with local industry bodies and fintech players
• Collaborate with Retention Lead to drive loyalty and advocacy
• Track and report campaign performance, aiming to grow active UAE customers in 6–12 months
