Job summary

Secdaddy IT Solutions in the UAE seeks an experienced Marketing Team Lead to drive growth and lead the marketing function across ecommerce, fintech, and payments sectors.

You will build campaigns, form strategic partnerships with merchants, banks, and brands, manage a high-performing team, and report on performance and ROI.

The role requires deep UAE market knowledge, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development or growth roles.
• Experience leading a marketing team or growth function preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market and business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Develop and execute e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with merchants, retailers, brands, banks and fintechs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the UAE market.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into commercial opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM and email marketing.
