Job summary

Yubi MENA in the UAE is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Executive to own digital acquisition, lead generation and marketing automation across Yubi's MENA businesses. You’ll be analytical, hands-on and measured by one thing: business growth.

You’ll lead paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels, build funnels and nurture leads through CRM. The role requires 4–6 years in performance/growth marketing and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth marketing or digital acquisition.
• Proven record of paid campaigns that deliver qualified leads.
• Strong grasp of funnels, CRO, remarketing and engagement.
• Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Turns campaign data into clear decisions.
• Runs multiple campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

• Owns Yubi’s paid acquisition engine and leads growth across channels.
• Builds and optimizes campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other channels.
• Develops funnels, landing pages and conversion journeys to improve sign-ups and conversions.
• Manages automation journeys across email, WhatsApp and SMS and coordinates with sales.
• Tracks performance, maintains data quality, and provides actionable insights.
