Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD in Dubai is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels. You will work across product, commercial, data, and technology teams to optimize journeys, run growth experiments, and support revenue growth.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with CRM platforms, and a passion for optimizing marketing performance in FinTech and digital payments contexts.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, Mobile Wallets, or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, CleverTap, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation, user journeys, retention strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in GA4, dashboards, funnel analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating content for social media, email marketing, in-app communications, and digital campaigns with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments to improve campaign performance, conversion, LTV, and CAC.
• Support commercial initiatives, product launches, and market expansion activities.
• Manage CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Develop customer segmentation, automation workflows, onboarding journeys, engagement programs, retention strategies, and win-back campaigns.
• Optimize user journeys through personalized customer communications.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing KPIs using GA4, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights to support marketing optimization and commercial decision-making.
• Develop content for social media, email marketing, in-app messaging, and performance marketing creatives.
• Support partnership marketing, competitive analysis, market research, and identification of new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Customer Experience, Data, and Technology teams to successfully execute growth initiatives.
• Monitor revenue drivers, marketing ROI, commercial KPIs, and basic P&L impact of marketing activities.
• Stay current with growth marketing trends, digital marketing tools, customer experience best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
