Job summary

Kingston Stanley Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Digital to drive performance, innovation and customer engagement within a growing Digital team.

The role blends digital growth, analytics, project management and channel optimisation, working closely with Digital, IT, Marketing and external partners.

You will manage channels, drive acquisition and retention, use AppsFlyer, GA, Firebase and Insider, and analyse ROAS and LTV to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years' experience across digital operations, analytics and/or digital project management.
• Strong experience working with mobile apps and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of AppsFlyer, GA, Firebase and/or Insider.
• Understanding of SEO, ASO and GEO.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Agile or PMP certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise mobile app, website, WhatsApp and digital distribution channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.
• Utilise AppsFlyer, Insider CDP, GA and Firebase for tracking.
• Track digital performance across installs, conversions, retention, LTV and ROAS.
• Conduct funnel and cohort analyses and A/B tests for growth.
• Coordinate digital projects, UAT, testing and releases.
• Manage SEO, ASO and digital visibility initiatives.
• Identify AI-driven personalisation, automation and chatbot opportunities.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Marketing and external vendors.
• Support campaign execution, governance and digital processes.
