Job summary

Astra Tech Group is seeking an SME Lending Operations Specialist in Dubai to manage end-to-end SME lending activities, including onboarding, disbursements and servicing. You will leverage LMS tools and regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate, timely operations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Product teams to optimize processes, implement automation, and maintain robust reporting while adhering to UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SME lending operations, credit operations or loan servicing experience.
• Experience with onboarding, disbursement, repayment scheduling and servicing.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory and AML/CFT guidelines is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SME lending operations including onboarding, disbursements, repayments and servicing.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with documentation, verification and account setup.
• Oversee disbursement processes ensuring timely execution within turnaround times.
• Manage repayment schedules, allocations, early settlements and servicing activities in LMS.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and support finance reporting.
• Monitor repayment performance and assist with delinquency resolution with risk and collections teams.
• Maintain lending records and operational reports for management visibility.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using digital tools and automation.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech on LMS enhancements and UAT for new features.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations, AML/CFT and internal audit standards.
