Job summary

Kraken is seeking a growth-minded marketer to lead paid channels across markets, building campaigns from zero and driving payback. You will own testing, budgets, and measurement, collaborating with creative, data, MarTech, and product teams to optimize landing pages and signups.

You will push for scalable wins, assess CAC, attribution and incrementality, and share learnings across teams to improve efficiency and growth velocity. Crypto experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience building paid channels from zero and proving ROI.
• Ability to run numerous tests monthly with clear hypotheses and budgets.
• Strong grasp of CAC, attribution, incrementality, and payback.
• Comfort turning data into decisions with analysts.
• Knowledge of web and app paid campaigns, audiences, and landing-page tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own testing roadmap across channels and markets, sizing upside and prioritizing bets.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Data and MarTech to improve tracking, landing pages, and signups.
• Lead partner conversations, budgets, QA, and initial performance readouts.
• Scale winning tests into full channels with new creatives and campaigns.
• Share learnings and help other channel owners improve performance.
