Job summary

Kraken is expanding its consumer growth engine and seeks a Paid Growth Manager to own regional channel tests, select platforms with the best payback, and scale winning strategies across markets.

You will work with Creative, MarTech, and Product teams to craft messages, landing pages, and tracking while learning local audiences and ensuring CAC/LTV targets are met. This on-site role supports Kraken's open-finance vision.

Qualifications

• Experience building paid channels from zero.
• Ability to run multiple tests monthly with clear hypotheses and budgets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, attribution, incrementality, and payback.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the next channels and campaigns to test and size the upside by market.
• Set up tests with the right team: creatives, MarTech, and landing pages.
• Learn audience language and media habits in each country to tailor campaigns.
• Assess results beyond ROAS: funded customers, cohort quality, and payback.
• Scale winning tests into real channels with coordinated budgets and measurement.
