Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Creative Strategist & Producer to shape campaign ideas at the start of every brief and also execute them. You’ll partner with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing to craft briefs, then translate them into compelling paid and organic content across formats.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, compliance-conscious environment where culture and data drive creative decisions. The role emphasizes self-starting ideation, rapid production, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative strategy, social, content or performance creative in high-volume in-house, brand or agency.
• Include two/three concept-led briefs with outcomes, plus your own produced work in your strength formats.
• Provide one culture- or data-led idea spotted in culture and taken to market, with results noted.

Responsibilities

• Spot opportunities in culture daily and turn findings into ideas shipped within a week.
• Write complete briefs for paid static and motion and brief them to creatives.
• Sharpen briefs for Product Marketing and Performance Marketing with strong hooks and cultural angles.
• Pitch original concepts for paid and social before being asked and help ideas reach the team sharp.
• Create content for paid and organic in formats you excel at, ensuring native-feel to feeds.
• Use performance data and social listening as inputs to ideas and tests each month.
• React quickly to news cycles and brief or produce timely content.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and compliance to approve work without losing the idea.
• Keep briefs and files clean for cross-team collaboration.
