Qualifications

• Experience with GTM strategy.
• Experience in B2B technology, software services, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building pipeline rather than just managing inbound leads.
• Understanding of modern Go-to-Market strategies.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
• Confident communication skills for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the lead generation engine and demand generation initiatives.
• Research target markets and identify high-potential accounts using ICP-based lists.
• Develop multi-channel outreach strategies to book meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Design and execute GTM experiments and test new acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to convert awareness into commercial opportunities.
• Manage GTM motions, CRM workflows, and modern GTM tooling to optimize prospecting.
• Support solution development and lead commercial conversations for smaller opportunities.
