Job summary

Paragon GE in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Lead – Commercial Evaluations and Process to drive economic and commercial assessment of growth opportunities. You will develop and maintain economic models and present findings to senior management.

You’ll collaborate with technical teams, manage process improvements, and support strategic planning for long-term growth, reporting monthly/quarterly to leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Management or Business Management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10–12 years of experience in business management, development, engineering and project management in Upstream oil/gas.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder dynamics experience in large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead economic and commercial evaluation of growth opportunities.
• Prepare inputs/assumptions with technical teams for analyses.
• Develop and maintain economic models for PSC, Tax & Royalty, and R-Factor.
• Build dashboards and KPI reports for Growth Office performance.
• Present results to management and participate in negotiations.
