Job summary

Bybit in Dubai is seeking a Growth-focused UX/UI designer to join the Growth team and design and optimize user journeys and growth tools that drive retention and conversion. You will bridge user experience objectives with business growth goals, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to implement data-informed improvements across the platform.

The role requires 3+ years in UI/UX design, proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with growth-focused or growth-related product design experience preferred.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe suite; strong product thinking and interaction design skills.
• Able to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication and collaboration with product and business teams.

Responsibilities

• User Journey Design: Collaborate with Growth to complete journey and growth tool design requirements.
• Design Execution & Tracking: Ensure fidelity in implementation; track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback for owned projects to drive experience improvements.
• Cross-Team Support: Understand business context and provide flexible supplementary support across teams.
• Design Consistency: Maintain platform-wide design standards with UED designers.

Role Overview

A UX/UI designer focused on user growth, working closely with the Growth team to design and optimize user journeys and growth tools. Bridges user experience objectives with business growth goals to drive sustainable improvements in retention and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Journey Design: Collaborate with the Growth team to complete user journey and growth tool design and iteration requirements
2. Design Execution & Tracking: Ensure design fidelity in implementation; track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvement plans
3. User Research & Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback management for owned projects to drive experience improvements
4. Cross-Team Support: Quickly understand business context when other teams face resource bottlenecks, and provide flexible supplementary support
5. Design Consistency: Collaborate closely with UED designers to maintain platform-wide design standards and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Design or related fields; overseas study experience preferred
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience in user growth or B-side product design preferred
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe suite; strong product thinking and interaction design skills; able to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows
• Strong comprehension and communication skills; able to efficiently collaborate with product and business teams to balance business and experience goals; fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong execution ability; able to efficiently deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple directions
• Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in growth-focused product design; familiarity with core growth metrics (retention, conversion, activation)
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) for data-driven design decisions
• Background in B-side back-office or operations platform design
• Portfolio clearly demonstrating how design decisions directly drove measurable business metric improvements
