Job summary

INDEX Media UAE is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow the client base and revenue across media products and services. You will identify leads, make cold calls, attend events, and build long-term partnerships, delivering tailored proposals, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.

You will travel to meet clients and support accounts post-sale, while collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow business. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or sales.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.
• Proven ability to build client relationships.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of media/advertising is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via leads, cold calls, existing relationships and events.
• Research markets and customer needs; develop growth strategy focused on revenue and satisfaction.
• Explain INDEX Media’s products and audience reach to clients.
• Lead client meetings; deliver presentations and pitches.
• Understand client needs; respond to RFPs and queries.
• Present pricing; negotiate costs and prepare contracts.
• Meet sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with teams to secure and grow accounts.
• Provide after-sales support and track media purchases.
