Job summary

People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) in Dubai is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base in HR Tech, Fintech and Recruitment. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and tailor proposals to win new business.

The role offers performance-based commissions on top of a competitive salary. UAE market experience is preferred, and you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in business development, preferably in HR Tech, Fintech, or Recruitment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• UAE market experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
