Job summary

TradesApp is seeking a senior designer to own the end-to-end design of ads, landing pages, and motion assets. You will craft visuals for both organic and paid campaigns, and build pages directly in Webflow without handoff delays.

You will navigate two funnels with distinct audiences, delivering high-converting landing pages and motion creatives that align with the brand while working closely with growth, marketing and founders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years designing; 8+ years a plus; must have shipped real work, not just a portfolio.
• Built high converting landing pages.
• Experience creating organic social creatives and paid ads creatives.
• Ability to turn tight deadlines into quality work.
• Motion design is part of the toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Design the ad, the page, the motion, and build the page yourself in Webflow.
• Manage two funnels with a consistent visual language across audiences.
• Adapt tone and visuals for different audiences while keeping the brand consistent.
• Ship at growth speed with ads, landing pages, and motion assets tested and iterated.
• Collaborate directly with growth, marketing and founders; deliver work that goes live quickly.
