Job summary

Qureos is seeking a designer who can design, build, and ship ads, landing pages, and motion directly in Webflow, without handoff gaps. You will work closely with growth, marketing and the founders to ensure the brand language is applied across campaigns.

We value 5–7 years of design experience, the ability to build in Webflow, and Arabic fluency to catch nuances others miss. This role is onsite in Abu Dhabi and demands a fast, high-quality delivery mindset.

You will be the hands that turn our story into something people actually see, and the hands that build it live, not just hand it off. Qureos turns hiring from a process measured in months into one measured in days. Our AI agents source, screen, message and interview, cutting roughly 15 hours of manual recruiter work out of every role and distributing that role across 2,000+ job boards. We raised $5M seed round led by Prosus Ventures, with Salica Oryx Fund, Oraseya Capital, COTU Ventures and an early HubSpot executive alongside them. We are funded, we are growing, and we are expanding the team for the next phase.

Why the work matters

Every campaign we run, every landing page we ship, is someone's first impression of what "hiring shouldn't take 8 weeks" actually looks like. If the design doesn't land, the message doesn't land, no matter how good the product

is underneath it. You are the difference between a scroll past and a click.

The opportunity

• Design and build, one person, no handoff gap. You design the ad, the page, the motion, and then you build

  the page yourself in Webflow. No waiting on a dev queue, no meaning lost in translation.

• Two funnels, one visual language. Companies that need to hire, and the talent they hire. Different audiences, different tone, you'll flex between both while keeping the brand unmistakably Qureos.

• Ship at growth speed. This isn't a quarterly rebrand cycle. It's ads this week, a landing page next, motion for a launch after that, built to be tested, iterated, and killed or scaled based on what the numbers say.

• Work that reaches the whole company. You'll work directly with growth, marketing and the founders. What you design this week is live the next.

Who you are

5 to 7 years designing (8+ is a plus), and you've shipped real work, not just a nice portfolio. Beyond that, four things matter:

• You can design and you can build it in Webflow. Design without the ability to build it is half a resource.

• You've built high converting landing pages, not just good looking ones.

• You've made organic social creatives and creatives for paid ads, and you know the two aren't the same game.

• You can turn "we need this by Thursday" into something good, not just something fast.

• Motion is in your toolkit, not a stretch goal.

• Arabic fluency, you catch what a translation would miss.

What we are not looking for

• Designers who need a developer to make their work real.

• Portfolio only Webflow, we mean sites you've actually built and shipped.

• People who need a brief spelled out to the pixel before they can start.
