Qureos is seeking a senior designer who can design and build ads, landing pages, and motion assets directly in Webflow. You will manage two funnels with a consistent brand voice across diverse audiences, working closely with growth, marketing and the founders.

The role emphasizes speed, iteration, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of design experience, has shipped high converting landing pages, and can balance organic social content with paid ads creative work, including

• 5 to 7 years designing (8+ is a plus).
• Built high converting landing pages, not just good looking ones.
• Made organic social creatives and creatives for paid ads.
• Turn 'we need this by Thursday' into something good, not just something fast.
• Motion is in your toolkit, not a stretch goal.
