Job summary

Ikon House in Dubai is seeking a mid-level UI/UX & Web Design professional to design ads and landing pages, create motion, and build the pages directly in Webflow.

You will manage two funnels with a cohesive visual language, ensuring the brand remains unmistakably Qureos in all creative outputs. You’ll work closely with growth, marketing, and the founders to ship at growth speed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years designing (8+ is a plus) and real work shipped beyond a portfolio.
• Built high converting landing pages, not just aesthetics.
• Experience creating organic social and paid ad creatives.
• Able to turn tight deadlines into quality output.
• Motion design is part of your toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Design the ad, the landing page, the motion, and build the page in Webflow.
• Maintain two funnels with a single visual language and brand clarity.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing and founders; deliver work that goes live quickly.

• Design and build, one person, no handoff gap. You design the ad, the page, the motion, and then you build the page yourself in Webflow. No waiting on a dev queue, no meaning lost in translation.
• Two funnels, one visual language. Companies that need to hire, and the talent they hire.
• Different audiences, different tone, youll flex between both while keeping the brand unmistakably Qureos.
• Ship at growth speed. This isnt a quarterly rebrand cycle. Its ads this week, a landing page next, motion for a launch after that, built to be tested, iterated, and killed or scaled based on what the numbers say.
• Work that reaches the whole company. Youll work directly with growth, marketing and the founders. What you design this week is live the next.
