Job summary

Qureos is seeking a seasoned designer who can design and build compelling ads and landing pages directly in Webflow, without dependence on a developer. You will craft high-converting landing pages and organic social creatives, while producing paid ad visuals that align with our brand.

Arabic fluency is a plus, and experience turning tight deadlines into strong work is essential. You'll collaborate with growth, marketing, and the founders to ship assets quickly, iterate on performance, and scale

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of design experience with real shipped work.
• Proficient in Webflow and able to build finished pages.
• Experience creating high-converting landing pages.
• Experience producing organic social creatives and paid ads.
• Arabic fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ads and landing pages in Webflow.
• Own the visual language for two funnels while maintaining brand.
• Ship assets at growth speed: ads, landing pages, and motion.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, and founders to iterate based on data.
