Job summary

Qureos is seeking a designer who can design, build, and ship ads, landing pages, and motion directly in Webflow, without handoff gaps. You will work closely with growth, marketing and the founders to ensure the brand language is applied across campaigns.

We value 5–7 years of design experience, the ability to build in Webflow, and Arabic fluency to catch nuances others miss. This role is onsite in Abu Dhabi and demands a fast, high-quality delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years designing (8+ is a plus) and you’ve shipped real work
• You can design and you can build it in Webflow
• You've built high converting landing pages
• You've made organic social creatives and creatives for paid ads
• Arabic fluency to catch what a translation would miss

Responsibilities

• Design ads, landing pages, and motion directly in Webflow
• Build the page yourself in Webflow with no handoff
• Maintain brand language across two funnels
• Collaborate with growth, marketing and founders
• Ship quickly, test, iterate, and scale based on data
