Job summary

HumanSignal is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and onboard specialized annotators and performers for AI data labeling initiatives in a fast-paced setting. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and niche networks to build a scalable roster of experts, translating customer specs into candidate profiles.

Must have 2–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in startups or agencies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools.
• Fluency building AI workflows to scale operations.
• Comfort owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and time-to-fill.
