Must have 2–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in startups or agencies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools.
• Fluency building AI workflows to scale operations.
• Comfort owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and time-to-fill.
• Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments like startups or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators and performers.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and niche networks to find specialists.
• Leverage AI workflows to scale sourcing channels.
• Establish vetting pipelines based on project requirements and expertise.
• Maintain relationships with experts to ensure a warm roster.
• Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specs into candidate profiles.
