OrbitronAI is seeking a Senior Talent Partner in the United Arab Emirates to own technical and commercial recruiting end to end—from first conversation to signed offer. You will be the trusted partner for hiring managers, maintaining high standards and fostering a culture of rigorous evaluation and candidate experience.

The role focuses on engineering and commercial hiring across Fullstack, AI, Security, DevOps, Operations, and Sales & Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on technical and/or commercial recruiting in high-growth tech or AI environments.
• Ability to screen engineering and commercial candidates credibly with role-specific evaluations.
• Structured, evidence-based evaluation approach with culture and adaptability judgment.
• Excellent written communication and high personal work standards.
• Ownership mindset to close every open role.

Responsibilities

• Run hiring end to end.
• Own sourcing, screening and candidate management for engineering and commercial roles across multiple teams.
• Screen with rigor and provide a defensible read on each candidate.
• Maintain a high bar and resist lowering standards under pressure.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on success profiles and drive timely decisions.
• Provide a sharp, well-communicated candidate experience for all outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to be the hands-on engine of our hiring You will own technical and commercial recruiting end to end from first conversation to signed offer and be the person hiring managers trust to bring them the right people This is a senior high-ownership role for someone who loves the craft of hiring holds a high bar and wants a clear path to grow into a Head of Talent seat

WHAT YOU LL DO

• Run hiring end to end
• Own sourcing screening and candidate management for engineering and commercial roles across Fullstack AI Security DevOps Operations and our Sales and Delivery teams
• Screen with rigor Lead structured evidence-based evaluations and give hiring managers a clear defensible read on every candidate
• Hold the bar Keep a consistent high standard across roles and resist the pressure to lower it when a search gets hard
• Partner with hiring managers Align on what great looks like for each role calibrate interview panels and drive to timely well-reasoned decisions
• Own candidate experience Give every candidate a sharp well-communicated process that reflects the best of OrbitronAI whatever the outcome
• Improve how we hire Spot gaps in the process sharpen our screening tools and interview guides and help us learn from every hire
