Job summary

Bybit, a leading crypto exchange, seeks a Growth Operations Lead in Dubai to scale user acquisition, engagement, and asset growth across the Earn & Wealth suite. You will blend market insights, user behavior analysis, and data-driven execution to build scalable growth systems and optimize business performance.

You will lead segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and cross-functional GTM efforts, collaborating with Product, Finance, and Marketing to maximize impact in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations in internet, fintech, or crypto with wealth/investment exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset using SQL, Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth, conversion and retention strategies across Earn & Wealth.
• Build full lifecycle onboarding to first investment, repeat investment, and high-value upgrades.
• Develop user segmentation models and targeted journeys for cohor ts and engage channels via CRM, push, email.
• Partner with Product, Finance, BD, Content and Paid Media to drive GTM and monetization.
