Job summary

Bybit is looking for a Product Operations lead to own the in-app community content ecosystem, driving engagement, retention, and trading conversion through content distribution and recommendations. You will optimize user growth initiatives and collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams.

You will work on defining recommendation requirements, improving content discovery, and increasing active users and UGC participation while leveraging analytics and A/B testing to enhance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles in internet or crypto platforms.
• Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies.
• Experience with platforms such as Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth of the in-app community by increasing active users, content participation and engagement.
• Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve content discovery and engagement.
• Design and optimize user funnels to increase UGC participation, community interaction, and trading conversion
• Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve retention, engagement, and product performance.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals.
