Job summary

Bybit in Dubai is seeking a data operations professional to strengthen risk controls and operational analytics. You will review campaigns, perform data quality checks, and analyze user behavior to support decision-making at scale.

The role combines SQL-driven data analysis with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service. Experience in business risk control or security is valued, along with Python or R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations, with exposure to at least one of the following: business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis; experience with R or Python is a plus
• Strong business acumen and risk intuition, with solid logical thinking and data sensitivity — candidates should be able to identify risks from anomalous data and articulate the underlying causes
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews, and user behaviour analysis based on operational needs
• Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights supporting operational decisions, strategy development, and model iteration
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk control strategies
