Qualifications

• Experience in group sales or hospitality sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, and qualify leads to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships as primary contact for assigned segments.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end sales: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Manage booking details, coordinating room, F&B, meeting space, and CRM entries.
