Job summary

Legend Holding Group in Dubai seeks a Group Head of Accounting & Shared Services to lead accounting operations, financial control, and statutory reporting for a multi-entity group. You will drive the transformation of the finance function into a digital, scalable Shared Services model while maintaining IFRS compliance and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior accounting leadership role.
• Experience leading Group accounting functions within a multi-entity organization.
• Extensive IFRS and statutory reporting expertise.
• Significant experience managing annual consolidated financial statements.
• Strong external audit management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Group accounting operations and financial control activities.
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting policies across all Group entities.
• Drive ERP optimization and finance systems enhancements.
• Implement digital finance operating model and automation solutions.
• Coordinate external audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting requirements.
