Job summary

Client of NicheHR Global seeks an experienced Head GBS Finance to lead the finance shared services for a large FMCG organization in Dubai. You will drive operational excellence, governance, and service delivery across core finance processes, partnering with Corporate Finance, Controllership, and FP&A to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive leadership experience.
• Experience in GBS/shared services in FMCG or multi-entity setups.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations: R2R, P2P, O2C, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Finance GBS shared services function.
• Drive standardization, centralization, and harmonization of processes.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance for service delivery.
• Lead and manage end-to-end financial close (month/quarter/year).
• Partner with business finance, controllership, FP&A, tax, and audits.
