Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the CFO/VP Finance agenda across a multi-entity UAE holding structure.

You will own the valuation framework, drive enterprise value levers, and structure group ERP while aligning treasury, risk, and investor relations. Proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP and experience with AI-enabled finance workflows are essential.

This role offers tax-free UAE income and potential equity participation within a C-suite framework.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a CFO or VP Finance role.
• Hands-on experience with sell-side or minority sale transactions.
• Experience managing finance for multi-entity holding companies.
• Deep understanding of performance-marketing unit economics.
• Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the sum-of-the-parts valuation model and drive enterprise value levers.
• Structure the holding company and implement group ERP systems.
• Manage capital allocation across diverse business units.
• Oversee performance-marketing economics including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Lead fund structuring, regulation, and investor infrastructure.
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, and group risk.
• Oversee legal and corporate affairs coordination.
