Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a senior finance leader to drive Long Range Planning and oversee capital formation strategies. You will collaborate with financial leadership to set long-term objectives, support investor relations, and prepare materials for IR events.

The role requires delivering insightful industry analyses, cash runway assessments, budgeting, and headcount planning while guiding strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of biotech or corporate finance experience.
• BS and/or MBA.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Long Range Planning (LRP) with financial leadership to set long-term objectives.
• Support capital formation strategy including investor relations and financing.
• Prepare IR materials such as earnings releases and business updates.
• Conduct industry research and synthesize insights to support objectives.
• Assist leadership with cash runway analyses, budgeting, and headcount planning.
• Organize and manage special long-term strategic projects.
• Build relationships across the company to enable strategy execution.
