Job summary

WSP in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Ground Engineering team. This role is designed for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure across UAE infrastructure and property projects.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop technical designs, deliver reports, and support site investigations while learning digital tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS and Plaxis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Emirati national with valid Emirates ID.
• Interest in Ground/Geotechnical Engineering and Site Investigations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across project life cycles.
• Support project documentation and ensure UAE code compliance.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis).
• Support geotechnical assessments, site investigations, and ground condition interpretation.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings and assist in technical deliverables.
• Contribute to team discussions and creative design thinking.
