Job summary

WSP in the UAE is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Building Structures team, focusing on Emirati graduates with structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure.

You will support technical design, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and learn digital tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and SAFE.

Qualifications

• UAE National status (with a valid Family Book).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Interest in Building Structures, Building Design & Architecture, Structural Analysis, or Stakeholder Engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, or similar is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across project life cycles.
• Support project documentation and ensure compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE).
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
• Contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and design thinking.
