Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer (Ground Engineering) in the UAE to join our Ground Engineering team. The program offers structured development, mentorship, and hands-on exposure across major infrastructure and property projects in the UAE.

You will assist in developing technical designs, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, learn digital engineering tools, and contribute to geotechnical assessments under experienced engineers, while adhering to UAE codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• UAE National with Emirates ID & Family Book.
• Interest in Ground/Geotechnical Engineering, Site Investigations, Stakeholder Engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
• Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, etc.).
• Support geotechnical assessments, site investigations, and interpretation of ground conditions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
• Actively contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and creative design thinking.
