Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati National Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our Dry Utilities Design team in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, learn from senior engineers, and contribute to major infrastructure projects across the UAE.

You will work on design documentation, drawings, calculations, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, while training in world-class design practices and tools such as AutoCAD

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and documentation of dry utilities systems and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in preparing drawings, design calculations, reports, and specifications under supervision.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integration of mechanical designs.
• Contribute to development of innovative, sustainable engineering solutions.
• Review local authority regulations to ensure design outputs comply with standards.
• Participate in QA processes and maintain project documentation.
• Engage in training and knowledge-sharing sessions for professional growth.
