Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the UAE seeks a Graduate Civil Engineer (Building Structures) to join the Building Structures team on landmark projects across the UAE.

The role is designed for Emirati graduates and includes structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure. You will assist in technical design, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and apply UAE codes and standards while learning digital tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and SAFE.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong interest in Building Structures, Building Design & Architecture, Structural Analysis, or Stakeholder Engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across project life cycles.
• Support project documentation and ensure UAE code compliance.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE).
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting technical deliverables.
• Contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and design thinking.
