WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati graduate to join our Building Structures team in Sharjah as a Graduate Engineer - Building Structures. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

UAE National (Family Book)
Recent graduate in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Support day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
Monitor project progress and support in identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
Support process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
