InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa seeks a proactive GRMS Technician to ensure GRMS components are installed properly, safe, and efficient. You will support daily IT operations, maintain systems, and respond to guest requests while upholding high standards of service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, strong communication, and knowledge of hotel technology. Join a luxury resort team delivering refined guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputed institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and statistical skills demonstrated through use of spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of hotel technology principles and practices.
• Familiarity with organization design models and decision-making frameworks.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills for management and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures safe work practices and procedures.
• Responds to Health and Safety work requests.
• Responds to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Operates, maintains, and programs GRMS components and cabling.
• Maintains preventive maintenance for GRMS equipment and servers.
• Evaluates equipment usage and energy efficiency.
• Completes work orders with due diligence and maintains logs.
