Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities and develop periodic maintenance plans for green spaces, including inspections and irrigation management.
• Manage irrigation systems and regulate water usage for different plant types.
• Fertilize soil and determine nutritional requirements; apply appropriate fertilizers.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant new vegetation, and maintain lawns.
• Control pests and diseases using biological and chemical methods.
• Guide, train, and develop supervisors and workers; provide guidance during work.
• Prepare periodic reports on projects, highlighting achievements and challenges with recommendations.
• Comply with information security policies and protect data according to the Municipality’s Data Classification Policy; report breaches.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature and scope of the position.
