Job summary

Careers International in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a qualified Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to plan and oversee maintenance across multiple sites. You will conduct site inspections to assess plant health, turf, and irrigation systems, and coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and gardeners to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance for irrigation equipment, maintaining records and reports, and ensuring compliance with HSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscaping practices.
• Ability to read landscape drawings and maintenance schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with HSE practices and local municipality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise landscape maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess health of plants, turf, and irrigation systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and gardeners to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of irrigation systems, pumps, and other landscape equipment.
• Identify plant diseases, pest issues, and propose appropriate treatments.
• Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and maintenance tools.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment required for ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare site reports, maintenance logs, and update records regularly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
