Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor property grounds and maintain appearance of lawns, flower beds, planters, and other areas.
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems; perform mowing, edging, and basic garden care.
• Operate dump trucks, tractors, and other equipment; clean and refuel equipment after use.
• Follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
