Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create process documentation/workflows and self-service guidance for IT Services.
• Document business requirements for process improvements and automation.
• Model processes to define end-to-end use cases and improvements.
• Review trends to ensure services meet SLAs and desired outcomes.
• Identify issues/risks and escalate as needed.
• Assist in incident/problem resolution and reporting.
