Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an IT Services Analyst in Abu Dhabi to create process documentation, knowledge articles and self-service guidance. You will collect business requirements, model end-to-end processes and support automation initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires strong analytical and writing skills, experience with data visualization and proficiency in statistical tools, plus familiarity with Agile/waterfall methodologies and Cloud/AWS platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT services or related field.
• Proficiency in statistical languages and software.
• Proficient technical writing capabilities with strong analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and quick learning abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization.
• Experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, iterative).
• Understanding of Design thinking and Cloud/AWS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services.
• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement efforts.
• Model processes to support improvements, automation, and end-to-end use cases.
• Review data to ensure outputs meet service levels and trends.
• Conduct maturity assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify issues and risks and escalate as needed.
• Assist in incident post-mortems and problem resolution.
• Extract reports and provide high-level data analysis for reviews.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Monitor results of team initiatives and contribute to the practice framework.
