Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Head of Technology Risk, Compliance and Quality Assurance to lead governance, risk, and compliance for the Technology division in Abu Dhabi. You will shape risk management, drive ITSM governance, and oversee regulatory adherence and assurance activities.

The role emphasizes independent assurance, risk oversight, and strategic governance across technology programs, with focus on transparency, alignment, and accountability.

Qualifications

• ERM expertise across risk identification, assessment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in technology.
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks and controls.
• Experience with ITSM concepts and processes (Change/Incident/Problem).
• Experience in audit and assurance management within technology domains.
• Financial planning and oversight for technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, compliance, and quality assurance within Technology.
• Govern ITSM, Change, Release, Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Develop and report KRIs to monitor technology resilience.
• Coordinate internal and external audit engagements and remediation.
• Define and enforce technology security and configuration standards.
• Provide strategic oversight of IT workforce planning and vendor sourcing.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control for Technology.
