Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Finance Analyst to support GTx governance and financial performance across the UAE and international locations. The role focuses on in-depth financial analysis for Global Treasury, Trade & Tokenization, and will require reviewing daily P&L and balance sheets, plus maintaining SOPs for GTx processes.

The ideal candidate will bring business acumen in banking/finance, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable

Qualifications

• Business bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in financial analysis and performance analysis.
• Strong presentation skills; proficient with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Technical knowledge of banking/financial markets; ability to interpret key bank ratios and indicators.

Responsibilities

• Support GTx Business Finance in implementing a strong financial governance framework across the UAE and international locations.
• Act as trusted advisor on business performance and main POC for specific business requirements.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis for Global Treasury, Trade & Tokenization (GTx).
• Review GTx daily P&L and balance sheet; investigate and analyze variances.
• Maintain SOPs for all processes under GTx business finance.
• Support GTx Finance in reviewing Capex and P/L benefits in BCD documents.
• Develop GTx Projects Capex reports and monitor monthly GTx business cost.
• Collaborate with FPA & FR to develop exception reports ensuring integrity of financial and management reporting.
