Job summary

Tura Executive in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Grains & Oilseeds Destination Marketer for the MENA region. The role connects origin supply with end-user demand, pricing from origin to destination, and builds competitive pricing across markets.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration with trading, origination, logistics and commercial teams, owning multiple products and markets within a growing commodities business.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in grains and/or oilseeds.
• Strong exposure to MENA destination markets.
• Proven experience in a commercial, marketing, trading or destination-facing role.
• Good understanding of products such as corn, wheat, soybeans and/or SBM.
• Ability to understand and construct pricing from origin to destination.
• Established network of buyers, importers, feed mills, distributors or other relevant MENA counterparties.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple products and markets rather than being focused on a single commodity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate within a growing commodities business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MENA buyers, importers, distributors, feed mills and other end-users.
• Understand destination-market dynamics, including demand, pricing, competition, freight, duties, regulations and local market conditions.
• Provide destination pricing and market intelligence to support trading and origination decisions.
• Work across the supply chain to understand pricing from origin through to MENA destination, including FOB/CFR/CIF economics.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across MENA.
• Work closely with originators and traders to match available supply with destination demand.
• Negotiate commercial terms with counterparties and support execution through to delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, market movements, arbitrage opportunities and changing customer requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network across the regional grains and oilseeds market.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Dubai-based commodities platform.

A growing commodities business is looking to hire a Grains & Oilseeds Destination Marketer to join its expanding Dubai-based team.

This is a commercial, market-facing opportunity for an experienced grains and oilseeds professional with strong knowledge of MENA destination markets, who can connect origin supply with end-user demand and help build competitive pricing from origin through to destination.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership across several key products and markets, working closely with trading, origination, logistics and commercial teams.

Key Products:

• Corn
• Wheat
• Soybeans
• Soybean Meal (SBM)
• Other grains & oilseeds where relevant

Key Responsibilities:
