Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary, is seeking a Talent Acquisition support professional in Dubai to help achieve Emiratisation targets. You will assist in sourcing and screening UAE National candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant data.

The role also covers onboarding formalities and university engagement activities to strengthen local talent pipelines. Fluency in Arabic and English, UAE National status, and strong organization plus interpersonal skills are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English required.
• UAE National status required.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition in Emiratisation hiring targets.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.
• Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.
• Support participation in career fairs and university engagement.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Handle inquiries related to UAE National employment matters.
• Support initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to assign training courses and track completion.
