Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary in the UAE, seeks a Talent Acquisition specialist to advance Emiratisation efforts in Dubai. You will recruit, onboard, and develop UAE National employees, manage applicant databases, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding and training programs.

The role collaborates with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding, supports career fairs and university engagement, and maintains accurate training records to attract and retain local talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.
• Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.
• Support participation in career fairs, university engagement activities, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires, including documentation and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of UAE Nationals.
• Address and escape queries related to UAE National employment matters.
• Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention of UAE Nationals.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assign mandatory and developmental training courses.
• Track training completion and maintain accurate training records.
