Job summary

As a Graduate HR professional focusing on Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our workforce. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to assist in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent for various roles within the organization. Your role will involve a mix of learning and hands‑on experience, equipping you with the skills necessary to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

Your new role, what’s involved?

• Talent Sourcing:Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening & Interviewing:Conduct initial screenings of resumes and candidates, and assist in coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Employer Branding:Help maintain and enhance our employer brand to attract the best candidates.
• Candidate Experience:Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition team, including tracking candidate pipelines, hiring trends, and success rates.
• Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
