Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships, graduate programs, UAE national hiring, and other early talent initiatives.
  • Build targeted recruitment strategies to attract strong candidates from universities, colleges, technical institutions, and talent development programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government partners, youth platforms, and strategic talent organizations.
  • Support employer branding campaigns that position Al-Futtaim as an attractive workplace for students, graduates, and UAE nationals.
  • Plan and participate in career fairs, university events, networking sessions, workshops, and recruitment drives.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and future skill requirements.
  • Translate business hiring needs into practical sourcing plans for interns, graduates, national talent, and strategic programs.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate assessment, interview structure, and fair selection methods.
  • Manage communication between HR teams and business units to keep recruitment activity efficient, consistent, and timely.
  • Identify key skills needed for future business growth and align early careers recruitment with those capability requirements.
  • Partner with talent organizations and workforce development bodies to support hiring programs linked to future skills.
  • Drive Emiratization, nationalization, and localization hiring initiatives in line with business priorities and local workforce objectives.
  • Build and maintain Emirati talent pools to meet current and future hiring demand.
  • Engage local talent communities and government initiatives to support UAE national recruitment targets.
  • Monitor nationalization progress, identify gaps, and recommend corrective hiring actions where required.
  • Ensure recruitment activity follows company policies, fair evaluation standards, labor regulations, and ethical hiring practices.
  • Champion diversity by building inclusive candidate pipelines and promoting fair access to early career opportunities.
  • Develop outreach campaigns for underrepresented talent groups and support inclusive hiring across target programs.
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, candidate pipeline strength, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders on early careers hiring progress, Emiratization activity, risks, and opportunities.
  • Use recruitment data, feedback, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing, selection, process efficiency, and candidate experience.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related professional field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with significant exposure to talent acquisition, talent management, or early careers recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing university relations, graduate hiring, internship programs, or campus recruitment activity.
  • Experience working with government partners, national talent programs, or local workforce development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Emiratization hiring strategies and UAE national talent engagement.
  • Experience working in a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills.
  • Ability to manage both high-volume recruitment campaigns and niche hiring requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work with senior leaders, HR teams, universities, and external partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and align recruitment priorities.
  • Analytical ability to review recruitment data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Comfortable reporting on recruitment KPIs, nationalization progress, talent pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
